Privacy policy

This policy explains how Slifax Private Limited (“we”), which operates the DigiZenX brand and this website, handles your personal data. We act as the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the brief form: name, work email, phone number, company, website, budget, timeline and message.
• Your email address if you subscribe to Insights.
• With your consent only: analytics and advertising data such as pages visited, device type and the campaign that brought you here.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, plan a proposal and, if you agree, contact you on WhatsApp.
• To send Insights, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for. We never sell it.

Consent and your choices

We ask for clear consent before we collect personal data, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change cookie choices at any time, or email connectus@digizenx.ai to withdraw consent for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

Email connectus@digizenx.ai. We respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM, email, hosting and analytics providers, under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for the length of our engagement and as required by law. We then delete it.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
